We all are FRAGILE
No matter what we achieve, how far we climb, how strong we build our bodies, how deeply we love or are loved, there are moments when we still can’t outrun what we feel inside. Our minds, the most powerful force in existence, can lift us or crush us. And too often, especially as men, we let that power weigh us down instead of lift us up. We fight silent battles, not because we’re weak, but because we’ve been taught to hide the war within.
The FRAGILE state of men
From the dawn of time, men were shaped to be protectors, providers, hunters, built to survive. But the world has changed. For many of us, our fathers weren’t there to guide us, to say “I love you,” or to show us how to be men who lead with both strength and softness. We were left to figure it out on our own.
It’s often not until later in life when we love deeply, when we hurt, when we let someone in, that we finally lower our guard. That’s when we start to understand what it truly means to protect and provide, with our hearts, emotions, presence, and our vulnerability.
Now is the time to stand together as men. To look within, face our shadows, and own our flaws. To have the courage not just to be strong, but to be open, vulnerable, and real.
It’s time to allow ourselves to be FRAGILE, like a bomb, not a flower. And in doing so, become even more powerful.
